I love your product. I have been using Metamucil for 3 weeks and I am real happy with the results. I had an incident where I drank the recommended dosage and did not wash it down with water. I laid down to take a nap and the product build up in my throat. I was coughing and choking and I realized that I should have drank a glass of clear water to clean by throat passages. Please advice your users
